Yes, we ship to all countries priority mail. The shipping cost will vary depending on the country that you live in and will be calculated in front of you before you checkout. If you do not see your country on our shipping list at checkout, contact us and we will be glad to help set up a payment option for you right away. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. International packages take about 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
Can I track my order?
You sure can. All packages are shipped with corresponding USPS tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.
When I try and checkout I get an error message, what's the deal?
99% of the time the problem is caused by an incorrect billing address. Double check and make sure the billing address matches EXACTLY to what is listed on your credit card statement. If your order goes through you will see an order confirmation screen.
How does the Buy 5 shirts & Get 1 FREE promotion work?
Buy 5 or more t-shirts and select an additional t-shirt for FREE. You will see the discount at checkout. 1 free shirt per order. (Example: Order 5 t-shirts and add a 6th t-shirt to your cart. The 6th t-shirt cost will be subtracted from the order.)What type of shirts do you print on?
We use only the highest quality, most comfortable fitting t-shirts available today. If we wouldn't wear it, we wouldn't sell it. The vast majority of our designs are printed on 100% pre-shrunk cotton Gildan t-shirts. You won't receive unisex t-shirts from us. Mens shirts are designed to fit the guys, and womens shirts are contoured specifically to fit the ladies; just the way it should be. Our designs are professionally silk screen printed onto our shirts, not shoddy heat transfers, or iron-ons. If you have any sizing questions please do not hesitate to contact us or you can refer to our sizing chart to find just the right size for you.
What is your return policy?
We 100% guarantee that you will be delivered brand new shirts that will leave you feeling more than satisfied. We stand by our work, so if you decide that the shirt is not for you, please email us with your order information. We will be glad to set up a return and you will receive a full refund for the price of the shirt(s) less a standard 10% restocking fee. You can return your shirt for a refund for up to 30 days after the delivery date. Only shirts in their original condition (unworn/unwashed) may be returned. Shipping costs cannot be refunded, and the customer covers the cost of return shipping.
What is the best way to wash my party shirt?
It is best that you wash your shirt inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness so you can wear your new shirt for a long time to come. For maximum longevity, do not tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image. Expect about a 5% shrinkage after normal wash.
I have a great idea for a shirt! Will you pay me if you use my shirt idea?
Glad you asked. We take all original submissions into consideration. If we really like your shirt idea and we decide to put the shirt on our site, we will give you that shirt for free. Oh yeah! Do you sell your shirts wholesale?
Contact us with your organization, group or company details and we will be more than happy to send you our wholesale pricing information. Wholesale price breaks vary depending on the size of the order. Mininum = 20 shirts.
